Never underestimate communication

Communication is the solution to most business problems. Real, effective communication makes such a difference in life and business. If you are in any, and I mean any, doubt that your client, customer, partner or business associate does not know what you mean, or you are having trouble understanding them, then stop. Pick up a phone, not e-mail, and clarify the situation. Bite the bullet, don't worry about coming up with a 'stupid question' - the consequences of not understanding another's needs are far worse.
